Fiasco Trade of the Day Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Joining the Program
By filling out the form you will reach after clicking on the "I Agree" button below you will become a Fiasco Trade of the Day Affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the Fiasco Trade of the Day site and newsletter and receive a commission based on any of Fiasco Trade of the Day services or products (i.e. subscriptions to the Fiasco Trade of the Day Newsletter) purchased by your referral individuals. (You will not receive commissions for purchases made by your referrals of third party products or services made after leaving our site.)
2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
* Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
* Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
* Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
* Violation of intellectual property rights (copying Fiasco Trade of the Day material not directly related to affiliate referrals)
* Affiliates signing up under themselves for additional affiliate commissions.
Any of the above infractions can lead to affiliate termination, loss of current and future earnings, as well as possible legal action. Termination is solely at the discretion of Fiasco Trade of the Day.
3. Linking to Fiasco Trade of the Day
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by Fiasco Trade of the Day, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.
4. Affiliate Commissions
You will be paid referral fees for every Fiasco Trade of the Day Newsletter advisory service purchased via online credit card orders, online checks, phone orders and faxes, as well as payments received by regular mail. You will receive 40% of the subscription fees directly generated by your hyperlinks, plus 10% of the subscription fees generated by other affiliates referred through you. Commissions will be paid on a recurring basis for as long as your referrals (or your sub-associates') stay as paying members.
Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly via PayPal with a minimum payment value of $25.00. If the minimum value isn't reached in 12 months time - the payment will be made for the value under $25.00. If the referred product was refunded or money was reimbursed, Fiasco Trade of the Day has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions.
5. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or Fiasco Trade of the Day terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by Fiasco Trade of the Day. If any changes are made to the terms of this agreement you will be notified by email of the new agreement. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
6. Liability
Fiasco Trade of the Day will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. Fiasco Trade of the Day does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or services sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of Fiasco Trade of the Day will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
